What happens after you order

• You’ll receive an order confirmation and a PNG with full posting instructions
• Simply send your book to me

What I’ll do

• Remove the old spine
• Punch and wire bind:
  • Your book
  • Add a protective plastic cover with a rainbow paper sheet underneath
• Add a removable glitter elastic book band

👉 If you are sending your own plastic wallet and have the red balloon-style, I’ll use a white sheet underneath instead of rainbow paper.

Cover options

• Send back your previously bound book and plastic cover to reuse, and save £5
• Choose without a plastic cover and save £5
• Send an old plastic wallet to use as a cover and save £1

⚠️ If you use your original wallet as the cover, the inside pouches will no longer be usable.

Extras you can include

• Old weight progress pages – send them in and I’ll bind them into your new book
• Glitter book band included – choose silver, red or gold
• Vinyl name sticker – add for £2
  • Same font as shown in photos
  • Colour matched where possible to your wallet or book band
• Self-adhesive card holder – 50p
  • Supplied loose for you to attach

Turnaround time

• Books are usually completed within 24–48 hours of arrival
• Best to post them immeidately after weigh day so they’re back in time for your next one!
• (Postal delays, bank holidays or strikes excluded)

• I understand how precious these books can be, so please consider this before posting

Posting advice

• Do not use a paper envelope
• Please send in a box or strong plastic mailing bag
• I return books using a tracked, signed-for service
• I recommend you use a similar service when posting to me - DO NOT USED SPECIAL DELIVERY - it's too expensive and if I'm not at home when they deliver, it actually delays your delivery time.

Lost parcels

• If a parcel is confirmed lost, I will refund your order after 14 days as per Royal Mail's T's&C's
• Unfortunately, I cannot replace your book
• I am not liable for books lost in transit to me
